i am on My Fitness Pal


last weekend, a friend of mine introduce me to this app on iPhone..
This apps basically helps you to monitor the number of calorie that you had for the day..
at first, it ask you questions like your weight, height, daily normal activity, and your plan of exercise.. it was not easy at first, as the more precise you are, the better your counting is.. but the downside is, you might be surprised at how much calorie you got just by eating a burger..

it calculates my daily calorie needs, which is 1200. it was ok on my first day, but then i got 450calorie over on the next one.. hopefully this will help me to be on track with my diet plan..

so,lets see if i can keep it at least for a month..
