Piggies in the Bun by US

We baked our own bread,
knead our own dough, prove it, divide it, prove it some more, put the stuffed sausage, roll the bread, prove some more, and finally bake it..
FYI all in all we took 4-5hours to get the whole process done.
It was so fully worth it though.. it was awesome....
Proving our dough
Kneading our dough after first 40mins of proving

Kneading some more, and more =)

Tony Bianco Warehouse Sale

Yoohoo gals, you might all hate it that i only post this after the sale was ended.
But.. good news bad news, i went there on Sunday and it looks like nothing but garage sale..
just a bit more messy..
no sizes smaller than 6.5, and trust me, finding a 6.5 is a lucky find already.

Boots are around $80, wedges $60, bags $20, heels $20.. but again, lucky you if your size is bigger than 7..
otherwise.. no point of goin really.
i didnt buy any myself, but i enjoy the experience of it really.. =)

Sweet Butter Cookies a.k.a. Lidah Kucing

I dont know whats happening to me, but i've been baking quite a bit lately..
and amazingly, spontaneously as well..
This one came to mind just when i got upset looking at the inside of the fridge with so much leftover butter, cream or butter milk from last time baking..Suddenly remember about this easy to made and definitely good idea to get rid of that small bits of leftover butter in the fridge..
Anyways, it taste fan.tas.tic... and am loving it..

I did different shape not because i want to do it that way, but more cause i dont know how to cut it without any cookie cutter at first..
and some of em has a slightly pale colour cause i was not sure which one will G love more, crisp or soft ones..
so here we go.. not bad for first timer i guess =)

Recipe
Ingredients:
100 gr Plain flour
100 gr Margarine
100 gr Caster Sugar
2 pcs Egg's white

1. Mix the margarine and sugar well
2. Add the flour and stir till mixed all along
3. Beat the egg's white till it becomes a stiff foam.
4. Add half the egg into the flour's mix, stir, then add the other half, stir again.
5. Bake in 160-180 degrees until it spread and turn golden brown.
First time the bake result is soft but it will become stiff like a biscuit when it cooled down.
